What we do
Emergency helpline
Over the past year, over 22,000 households received advice from our emergency helpline.
Fighting for social housing
We’re fighting to give safe, secure homes to all. Within ten years, we want to make sure that everyone who needs social housing gets it.
Face-to-face support
In 2021, more than 18,000 households came to our hubs for face-to-face advice and support.
Our campaigns
We work in communities to understand the problem and change the system. And we run national campaigns to fight for change at the top.
How you fuel the fight for home
For every £1 you raise:
- 79p is spent directly on helping people through advice, support and campaigning
- 21p is spent on fundraising
